Registration policies Deposits

Booking for each tour or service is done via email to Pelister guides. The person who is making the booking for Groop or more people (which is subject to these terms) warrants that he/she has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons named, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and accept these conditions. Reservations shall be made only after payment of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total package price. The rest of the payment shall be made up to 30 days before the travel date. If booking less than 30 days before the start of the tour, full payment is due to confirm and secure the space.

Cancellation by client

The client can cancel the tour at any time. Cancellations must be made by e-mail. For cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the tour 30% of the arrangement is charged.For cancellations from 29 to 15 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the arrangement is charged, for cancellations from 14 to 5 days before the start of the tour,80% of the arrangement is charged, for cancellations from 5 to 0 days before the trip or during the trip, 100% of the arrangement is charged. The client who cancels has the option of finding a replacement to fill their seat. We will accommodate this at no charge if the guests transfer funds among themselves. We cannot offer refunds for missed reservations, early departures, inclement weather.

Cancellation by Pelister guides

We reserve the right to cancel the trip or tour at any time. Cancellation by Pelister Mountain Guides, due to bad weather snow conditions (lack of snow, extremely high avalanche risk, unavailability of transportation or other services, and any other external factor that, in the opinion of the Guide, makes the performance of the tour impossible or unsafe. Your full payment will be refunded. But we are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the bank transfer side. The tour can be postponed to any available date and as mutually agreed upon by the guest(s) and Pelister mountain guides. The tour guide has the right to hold up or stop completely participating in the program in case of improper participant behavior, particularly systematic breaking of the guide’s safety instructions or improper behavior, that decreases the group’s safety. No refunds are given in this situation.

Refunds
There are no refunds, partial or full for any of the following reasons: Late arrival or early departure for any reasons, Missing flights, Lost or destroyed travel documents,lost or destroyed personal gear, Sickness or injury.

Risk acceptance

Participation in outdoor activities involves many risks, dangers, and hazards. The terrain used for wilderness activities is uncontrolled. Weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning. The client should be aware of all the risks, dangers, and hazards associated with outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing, and freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom. Therefore It is your responsibility to read the basic parameters and specifications of the tour you choose. By reservation of the tour, you confirm that you agree with the terms and accept that you are aware of the personal risks, dangers, and hazards associated with the particular tour.

Change of routes

Considering the activities that are organized requires flexibility, we will strive to make the trip according to the program but guide of the tour shall reserve the right to change the schedules, the transportation, as well as the route itself at any time due unexpected conditions in order to provide maximum safety for the group.

Health Requirements

All participants are expected to satisfy themselves before booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described by Pelister guides. It is your responsibility to determine your own medical and physical health/capability or other qualifications or suitability for participating in a tour. Any medical problems or physical/mental concerns of note must be disclosed, that could put you, your guide, or others' safety at risk.

Permission to photograph/video record

By booking a trip with us, you give our guides, full permission to photograph and use the pictures for the promotion of the tour for which I will not receive any financial compensation in return.

Travel insurances

In the unlikely case of emergency, participants may, depending upon program location, be liable to any rescue or evacuation costs incurred either on their behalf or as a result of their actions. To avoid these costs, each participant must have an emergency medical expenses insurance. This insurance should cover practice of sport activities, which includes skiing, snowboarding, cat skiing, ski-mountaineering, hiking mountain biking etc.; and cover emergency helicopter evacuation.
